      How often should I change the filters?

      To prevent bacterial growth, replace all filters once a year, regardless of how often you use the device!

      Should I choose a pump or pumpless model?

      If your mains pressure is low, the membrane needs a pump to work efficiently. We measure your pressure before installation and recommend the right model.

      Do you service devices bought from other brands?

      Yes. We repair and maintain every kind of home and industrial water purifier, whatever the brand or model.

      Is purified water mineral-free?

      Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved solids. Our models with a mineral filter (e.g. Ninova, Dolphin with pump) add a balanced mineral boost at the final stage.
